alinea, the French furniture and home furnishings retailer, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Dataiads to optimize its Google Shopping campaigns and transform the post-click experience. 

The objective was clear : align performance and customer satisfaction by adapting each stage of the user journey to their expectations.

To achieve this, the brand set up customized landing pages, designed to reflect its Mediterranean visual identity while integrating key elements such as product availability and delivery times. 

Recommendation algorithms have been optimized to adapt to specific shopping behaviors, enabling relevant and engaging suggestions. Particular attention has also been paid to the mobile experience, a major channel for today's consumers, to ensure fluid and intuitive navigation.

Significant results


These adjustments quickly bore fruit, with a +26% increase in ROAS, demonstrating a significant improvement in campaign profitability. The conversion rate also rose by +5.6%, while the average order value recorded a notable increase of +16.3%

Lastly, additions to the shopping cart rose by +4%, underlining the direct impact of personalized product recommendations and page optimization on user behavior.

These results confirm the effectiveness of a data-driven strategy combining personalization, speed and fluidity, enabling alinea to strengthen its online presence while respecting its brand identity.
